Lesson 59 - Sleeping Habits

John: According to this article, adults are recommended 8 hours or more of sleep a
night.
Kathy: Eight hours or more? Isn’t that excessive? I get by on about six to seven
hours, and I have plenty of energy to go around.
John: I don’t know about you but if I don’t get my eight hours, I’m dragging all day and
can hardly function.
Kathy: You’re such a wimp. I’ll have to call you “Sleeping Beauty” from now on.
John: You can make me the laughing-stock all you want but there’s something else you
should know.
Kathy: And what could that be?
John: They say you’re more prone to gain weight if you don’t sleep enough.
Kathy: Are you pulling my leg? You’re just saying that, aren’t you?
John: No, I read it in the paper. You always want to lose weight and maybe this is
one way to start.

Kathy:
John:
