I Listen

 

I listen

I listen to the trees,  and they say:

"Stand tall and yield.

Be tolerant and flexible."

I listen to the sky, and it say:

"Open up. let go of the boundaries and barriers. Fly."

I listen to the sun. and it says:

"Nurture others

Let your warmth radiate for others to feel."

I listen to the creek.  and it says:

"Relax; go with the flow.

Keep moving don't be hesitant of afraid.

I listen to the small plants, and they say:

"Be humble. Be simple.

Respect the beauty of small things."

 
오늘은 달개비, 미나리아재비, 파랭이꽃등이 보고 
싶었다. 
그렇게 화려하지도 않고 
그저 있는 자리에서 넓은세상을 부러워하지도 않고 
조그만 개울물 소리와놀아주고 ,하루살이들의 친구가 될 수 있고 
작은 발자국소리를 듣고 기뻐하는 이 자연의 친구들이 생각나는 하루였다. 
망각이라는 것을 참 좋아하고 잠을 잔다는 것을 좋아한다.
남편은 아이스크림과 갈치를 사가지고 들어왔다. 
오늘은 욕심부리지 않고 최선을 다하겠다는 
선배의 말이 귓가에 쟁쟁하게 살아난다.
