Lesson 44 - Copier Broke Down Again Woman: Oh, this darn copier is acting up again! I’ve had it with this machine! John: Let me take a look. They don’t call me Jack of all trades for nothing. Woman: I’ve been griping about this stupid machine for weeks now and no one seems to give a hoot. John: I think this copier is on its last legs. There’s not much I can do at this point. Woman: If this machine is so old, why not buy a new one? I’m starting to wonder if the company is on its last legs! John: You know how this place is. Spending any extra money on office supplies is the last thing on their minds. Woman: But this is absurd! I have to make 40 copies of this report in less than an hour. John: You can run over to the printers across the street. Woman: If that copier is not replaced soon, they’ll have to find a replacement for me! John: 제 생각에 이 복사기는 수명이 다한 것 같아요. 이 상태에서 제가 할 수 있는 게 많지 않네요. Woman: 이 기계가 그렇게 오래된 거면, 왜 새 것을 사지 않는 거죠? 회사가 문 닫을 때가 된 건 아닌지 궁금해지기 시작하네요. John: 이곳이 어떤지 아시잖아요. 사무용품에 여유 돈을 쓰는 것을 마지막으로 생각하죠.
