Kathy: What’s taking the bus so long?
John: I think the bus drivers are on strike.
Kathy: That’s news to me.
John: Didn’t you hear about it in the news yesterday? They warned us about the traffic today.
Kathy: At this rate, I’m going to be late for work.
John: Where are you headed?
Kathy: Downtown.
John: I’m headed in that direction, too. Do you want to split a cab?
Kathy: Great idea. By the way, I’m Kathy.
John: My name is John. Nice to meet you.
Kathy: So where do you work?
John: At Trump Tower.
Kathy: Me, too! What a coincidence!

Kathy: 버스가 왜 이렇게 안 오죠?
John: 버스 기사들의 파업 때문일 거예요.
Kathy: 전 듣지 못했는데요.
John: 어제 뉴스에서 못 들으셨나요? 오늘 교통 상황에 대해 주의를 줬어요.
Kathy: 이런 식으로 가면, 회사에 지각할 텐데.
John: 어디 가세요?
Kathy: 시내요.
John: 저도 같은 방향으로 갑니다. 택시 요금 반반씩 낼까요?
Kathy: 좋은 생각이에요. 참, 저는 Kathy예요.
John: 제 이름은 John입니다. 만나서 반가워요.
Kathy: 어디서 일하세요?
John: Trump Tower입니다.
Kathy: 저도요! 우연이네요!
