John: What’s that on your window?
Kathy: Oh, no. I have a bad feeling.
John: It’s a parking ticket!
Kathy: I can’t believe I got a ticket!
John: I thought we could park on the street. Didn’t we put coins in the parking meter?
Kathy: Of course, we still have money left.
John: Oh, no! Look at the sign. No parking from 4 to 6 pm on Tuesdays.
Kathy: I’ve never had a problem before.
John: Well, it’s street cleaning day today!
Kathy: What?! So how much is the ticket?
John: Do you really want to know? It’s $35.
Kathy: Oh, this is not my day!
John: Listen, I’ll pay for it and you can buy lunch.

Kathy: 지금껏 이런 문제가 없었는데.
John: 음, 오늘은 거리 청소하는 날이네!
Kathy: 뭐라고? 그럼 얼마짜리 티켓이야?
John: 정말 알고 싶어? 35달러야.
Kathy: 오늘은 정말 운이 없는 날이네.
John: 저기, 이거 내가 낼 테니까 넌 점심 사.
